Let’s reiterate:

-Only district in the area without a support staff contract.

-Much lower pay than similar school districts

-Handbook is a useless piece of paper

-Disciplinary procedures not followed

-Complaint procedures not followed

-Support staff are not treated with fairness and respect

-ESP round table issues are ignored

-No bereavement

-No personal days

-No stipend for not using district insurance

-No longevity or retirement incentive

-No SECURITY
